Grana Padano-crisp tower with Parma ham and white chocolate drizzle

Wine/Spirit Pairing
Steenberg Semillon
Ingredients
Method
- 150 g Grana Padano, finely grated
- 70 g Parma ham
- 100 g good-quality white chocolate, melted
Method
Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place a silicone baking mat onto a baking tray, then sprinkle the Grana Padano onto the baking mat in circles using a cookie cutter of any size as a guide.
Place the tray into the oven and bake for 5–8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and turned a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before removing the cheese discs from the baking mat.
To assemble, place a few Grana Padano discs on a serving dish, then add a layer of Parma ham. Repeat this process using the remaining cheese discs and ham. Drizzle over the white chocolate and serve immediately.
