Ingredients

Method
  • 2 Packets Woolworths cherry jelly
  • 500 g strawberries, hulled
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 45 g brown sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 500 g Woolworths lemon curd yoghurt
  • 1 Woolworths Madeira butter loaf, cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 200 g Woolworths luxury granola

1. Prepare the jelly according to package instructions. Pour into a trifle bowl and chill for 4 hours or until set.

2. Place the strawberries, raspberries, sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Simmer, stirring often, until the fruit reaches a jammy consistency, then allow to cool.

3. Once the jelly has set, layer the remaining ingredients in the trifle bowl and finish with the berry coulis.
