- 2 Packets Woolworths cherry jelly
- 500 g strawberries, hulled
- 250 g raspberries
- 45 g brown sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 500 g Woolworths lemon curd yoghurt
- 1 Woolworths Madeira butter loaf, cut into 2 cm cubes
- 200 g Woolworths luxury granola
Method
Ingredients
1. Prepare the jelly according to package instructions. Pour into a trifle bowl and chill for 4 hours or until set.
2. Place the strawberries, raspberries, sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Simmer, stirring often, until the fruit reaches a jammy consistency, then allow to cool.
3. Once the jelly has set, layer the remaining ingredients in the trifle bowl and finish with the berry coulis.
