Ingredients
Method- Sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped chilli
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 200 g fine French beans
- 400 g mixed mushrooms
- Oyster sauce
- 1 packet crisp onion bits
Method
IngredientsStir-fry garlic, chilli, ginger, beans and mushrooms in hot oil in hot wok for five minutes. Add more oil if necessary.
Turn heat down, drizzle with oyster sauce and top with onion.
Serve on the side as a vegetable dish.
