Method
  • 8 bread slices, toasted
  • 2 x 150 g tubs Woolworths labneh
  • 8 prosciutto rashers, fried
  • 2 Gem avocados, peeled and stoned
  • 4 T pesto
  • 8 radishes, shaved
  • 8 Woolworths cooked beetroot in vinaigrette
  • 12 Woolworths exotic tomatoes, halved
  •  sea salt and pepper or crushed pink peppercorns, to taste

Method

Ingredients

Spread the toast with the labneh, then top with the prosciutto, avocado, pesto, radishes, beetroot and tomato. Season to taste.
