Halloumi steaks with bulgar wheat & lentil salad

Ingredients

Method
  • 1 x 320 g halloumi, cut in half lengthways to make two steaks  
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 x 280 g Woolworths bulgar wheat & lentil salad
  • fresh lemon to squeeze  
  • sea salt and freshly ground, to season 
  • olive oil, to drizzle  

1. Fry the Halloumi off in a hot non-stick pan with a little olive oil until golden and sizzling on each side.

2. Serve warm with Woolworths Bulgar wheat and lentil salad, a squeeze of lemon and season to taste add your favourite extra greens to serve.
