Ostrich steak skewers with satay sauce

Blend the watermelon with 1⁄2 cup yoghurt and pour into ice-lolly moulds. Place in the freezer.
Repeat with the sweet melon and remaining yoghurt.
When ready to serve, briefly run the moulds under hot water to remove the lollies. Dunk in 100s and 1000s before serving.
Cook’s note: Add a little honey if you'd prefer the lollies a little sweeter.
