Ingredients
Method- 4 cups vegetable-medley juice
- 1-2 fresh red chillies, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 t ground cumin
- Sea salt and milled pepper, to taste
- Celery sticks, to serve
Method
IngredientsBlend the juice with the chillies, garlic, cumin and lemon juice, and heat through.
Season to taste. Top each serving with a celery stick.
Cook’s tip: Nothing beats the sweet juiciness of fresh vineripened tomatoes, but, for convenience, make do with tomato-rich vegetable-medley juice.
