Ingredients

Method
  • 4 cups vegetable-medley juice
  • 1-2 fresh red chillies, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 t ground cumin
  • Sea salt and milled pepper, to taste
  • Celery sticks, to serve

Blend the juice with the chillies, garlic, cumin and lemon juice, and heat through.
Season to taste. Top each serving with a celery stick.

Cook’s tip: Nothing beats the sweet juiciness of fresh vineripened tomatoes, but, for convenience, make do with tomato-rich vegetable-medley juice.
