Ingredients
Method- 1 x 400 g can cannellini beans
- 125 g punnet Woolworths basil pesto
- 100 g Woolworths deli chargrilled marinated artichokes
- 600 g Woolworths lamb frikkadels
- 1 T olive oil
Method
Ingredients- Drain and rinse 1 x 400 g can cannellini beans. Toss the beans with half 125 g punnet Woolworths basil pesto. Scatter over 100 g Woolworths deli chargrilled marinated artichokes. Season to taste before serving.
- Brown 600 g Woolworths lamb frikkadels in 1 T olive oil in a pan. Finish off in the oven at 180°C for 10–15 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve warm with the Italian-inspired salad and garnish with fresh basil.
