Method- 400 g strawberries
- 1 T icing sugar
- 100 g white chocolate
Method
Ingredients1. Hull and slice 400 g strawberries.
2. Sprinkle with 1 T icing sugar and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
3. Melt 100 g white chocolate and spread thinly on baking paper.
4. Allow to set, then break into shards and serve with the strawberries.
