Ingredients
Method- 6 carrots
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ t cinnamon
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 T brown sugar
- Sea salt
- 3 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 T chilli
- 2 T smoked paprika
- Olive oil
- 8 pork bangers
Method
IngredientsPreheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel the carrots and quarter lengthways. Toss in the maple syrup, cinnamon, melted butter, brown sugar and a sprinkling of sea salt.
Roast on a baking tray for 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until soft.
Cut the potatoes into wedges, then toss with dried chilli flakes,smoked paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
Roast, on a separate baking tray, alongside the carrots.
Serve with pork bangers, fried in olive oil until golden.
