Ingredients
Method- 1 fillet frozen smoked haddock
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2-3 spring onions, thinly shredded
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Crusty country loaf, for serving
Method
IngredientsUsing a very sharp knife, shave off thin slices from the frozen fillet, discarding the skin. Arrange on a serving platter or two separate plates.
Moisten the fish with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle over the spring onion. Add a twist or two of black pepper and serve with crusty country loaf.
