Ingredients
Method- 6 mielies
- 20 basil
- 20 g mint
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 T olive oil
- 200 g feta, crumbled
Method
IngredientsCut the kernels off the cobs.
Roughly chop the basil and mint and add to the mielies.
Mix the lime juice and olive oil and pour over the salad. Add the feta.
I really like this salad. I love all its ingredients and my son does, too. Well, not quite as much as the stories I tell. But still. It gets eaten.
