Ingredients
Method- 1 T oil
- 150 g tub Woolworths laksa fresh paste
- 1 T crushed turmeric
- 1 T crushed ginger
- 1 T crushed garlic
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 Flavourburst™ Opal® apples, grated
- pinch of salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 200 g baby pak choi, blanched, for serving
- 4 crumbed chicken breast fillets, baked, for serving
- fresh coriander, chopped, for serving
- 1 lime, zested, for serving
- red chilli, chopped, for serving
Method
Ingredients
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Stir in the laksa paste and cook for 1 minute. Once fragrant, add in turmeric, ginger, and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add in the coconut milk, apples, and lime juice and cook for 5 minutes. Taste and season to your preference
3. Serve with blanched pak choi, crumbed chicken, coriander, lime zest, and chopped red chilli.
