Ingredients

Method
  • 6 Flavourburst™ Opal® apples, chopped
  • 2 Woolworths thin cinnamon quills
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 cloves
  • 3 cups whisky


1. Place the apple in a large bottle and add the spices and whisky. Cover tightly. Store in a cool dark place for 10 days. Strain and pour into a sterilised bottle.
