Ingredients
Method- 6 Flavourburst™ Opal® apples, chopped
- 2 Woolworths thin cinnamon quills
- 2 star anise
- 2 cloves
- 3 cups whisky
Method
Ingredients
1. Place the apple in a large bottle and add the spices and whisky. Cover tightly. Store in a cool dark place for 10 days. Strain and pour into a sterilised bottle.
