Ingredients
Method- 4 juicy oranges
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T red-wine vinegar
- Lettuce leaves
- Toasted macadamias
- 140 g crumbled Gorgonzola
Method
IngredientsRemove the peel and pith from juicy oranges, then slice the flesh into thick rounds. Mix the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1orange with olive oil and red-wine vinegar.
Tear up cos lettuce* leaves and top with the orange segments, toasted macadamias, crumbled Gorgonzola and the citrus dressing.
