Orange and gorgonzola salad with toasted macadamias

Ingredients

Method
  • 4 juicy oranges
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 T red-wine vinegar
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Toasted macadamias
  • 140 g crumbled Gorgonzola

Remove the peel and pith from juicy oranges, then slice the flesh into thick rounds. Mix the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1orange with olive oil and red-wine vinegar.
Tear up cos lettuce* leaves and top with the orange segments, toasted macadamias, crumbled Gorgonzola and the citrus dressing.
