Ingredients

- 1 x 140 g bag Woolworths sweet and tangy salad
- 8–12 plums, halved, quartered and sliced
- 200 g chevin, sliced
- 50 g hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
- pea shoots, to garnish For the dressing, mix:
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 t wholegrain mustard
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- lemon juice, a squeeze
- ¼ cup canola or olive oil
- 1 T honey
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Toss all the salad ingredients and drizzle over the dressing.
