Ingredients
Method- 700 g x 2 Woolworths Nicola potatoes bags, peeled and boiled
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 6 large free-range eggs, boiled and quartered
- 200 g plain double-cream yoghurt
- 100 g good-quality mayonnaise
- 10 g parsley
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
