Method- 2 cups pure pomegranate juice
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 65 g sugar
- 1 x 750 ml Prosecco bottle

IngredientsSimmer all the ingredients except the Prosecco, uncovered, until syrupy and reduced to about . cup. Divide the Prosecco between glasses and add 1 t pomegranate syrup to each glass.
Did this over New Year and it was wonderfully earthy while bubbly. Delicious!
