Ingredients

  • 2 cups pure pomegranate juice
  • 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1 x 750 ml Prosecco bottle

Cooking Instructions

Simmer all the ingredients except the Prosecco, uncovered, until syrupy and reduced to about . cup. Divide the Prosecco between glasses and add 1 t pomegranate syrup to each glass.
