Ingredients

- 6 large baby marrows, shaved into ribbons
- mint, a handful
- 100 g goat’s cheese or Danish feta, crumbled
- For the dressing, whisk:
- 3-4 T olive oil
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1-2 t honey
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ½ t ground cumin

Arrange the salad by layering each ingredient. Finish with the dressing.
