  • 1 kg box Woolworths frozen creamed spinach
  • 200 g paneer
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T curry paste
  • 1 t salt
  • poppadums, to serve

Method

Ingredients

1. Cook the frozen creamed spinach according to package instructions.
2. Cut the paneer into cubes, toss in the olive oil, curry paste and salt and pan-fry over a medium heat until it starts to colour.  Serve with the spinach and crispy poppadums.
