- 1 kg box Woolworths frozen creamed spinach
- 200 g paneer
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T curry paste
- 1 t salt
- poppadums, to serve
1. Cook the frozen creamed spinach according to package instructions.
2. Cut the paneer into cubes, toss in the olive oil, curry paste and salt and pan-fry over a medium heat until it starts to colour. Serve with the spinach and crispy poppadums.
