Roast chilli chicken

Ingredients

Method
  • 1 free-range chicken
  • Chopped chilli
  • Crushed garlic
  • Baby marrow
  • Olives
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Crumbled feta
  • Fluffy couscous

Pat the chicken dry and place in a roaster along with chopped chilli, crushed garlic, sliced baby marrow, smashed olives and a few cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle of olive oil and roast for 1 hour 30 minutes in a 180°C preheated oven.
Serve with crumbled feta and fluffy couscous.
