Method- 1 free-range chicken
- Chopped chilli
- Crushed garlic
- Baby marrow
- Olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Crumbled feta
- Fluffy couscous
Method
IngredientsPat the chicken dry and place in a roaster along with chopped chilli, crushed garlic, sliced baby marrow, smashed olives and a few cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle of olive oil and roast for 1 hour 30 minutes in a 180°C preheated oven.
Serve with crumbled feta and fluffy couscous.
