Method- 50 g cornflour
- 1 T black pepper
- 2 t salt
- 400 g squid
- vegetable oil
- 50 g rice flour
- green salad
Method
Ingredients1. Mix 50 g cornflour, 50 g rice flour, 1 T black pepper and 2 t salt.
2. Toss with 400 g squid, then fry in batches in hot vegetable oil for 2 minutes or until golden.
3. Serve with a green salad.
