Salt-and-pepper calamari

  • 50 g cornflour
  • 1 T black pepper
  • 2 t salt
  • 400 g squid
  • vegetable oil
  • 50 g rice flour
  • green salad

1. Mix 50 g cornflour, 50 g rice flour, 1 T black pepper and 2 t salt.

2. Toss with 400 g squid, then fry in batches in hot vegetable oil for 2 minutes or until golden.

3. Serve with a green salad.
