Sauerkraut spätzle with bockwurst




These pillowy-soft, dumpling-like pastas are fried up with Bockwurst and sauerkraut in this traditional Austrian recipe, creating a tangy smokey dish that comes together in minutes.

- 180 g Bockwurst, sliced
- 350 g Woolworths spätzle wheat noodles
- 75 g sauerkraut
- 2 t pepper

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over a medium heat, then add the bratwurst and spätzle and cook until lightly browned, about 5–8 minutes.
2. Add the sauerkraut and cook until heated through.Season generously with black pepper and serve immediately.
