Ingredients
Method- 200 g sliced chorizo
- 1 T olive oil
- 1-2 ripe avocados
- Lemon juice
- Coriander
- French loaf
Method
IngredientsPan-fry sliced chorizo in olive oil for 2 minutes a side, or until golden and slightly crisp.
Mash ripe avocados with a squeeze of lemon juice, a handful of chopped coriander and season to taste.
Serve on toasted French loaf, topped with the fried chorizo.
