Soya-marinated eggs




Want to take your soft-boiled eggs to the next level? Marinate them in soy! The result is the perfectly jammy egg with a salty, soy exterior.

- 3 free-range eggs, soft-boiled
- 1 cup soya sauce
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Method
Ingredients
1. Place the eggs in a container the right size to submerge the egg in the soya sauce.
2. Add the soya sauce, chilli and garlic and marinate for 8 hours or overnight in the fridge. Serve with ramen, over sticky rice, on toast, or simply as a snack.
