- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 chilli, chopped
- 1 T garam masala
- 1 T curry powder
- 2 T honey
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ cup olive oil
- 500 g beef fillet, cubed
Method
Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients, except the fillet. Marinate the fillet in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Thread the fillet onto wooden skewers and braai or grill for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh mint.
