- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T butter
- 225 g chorizo
- 1 red onion, sliced into wedges
- 2 tomatoes, halved
- 1 red chilli, halved lengthways
Method
Ingredients
Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan over a medium heat. Tear or cut the chorizo into chunks, add it to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
Add the onion, tomato and chilli, cut side down, and brown until slightly charred.
Serve immediately with the oil from the pan.
