Ingredients

  • 240 g box Woolworths Easy to bake Mexican-style cornbread kit
  • 100 g Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
  • For the cheesy butter, mix:
  • 125 g butter
  • 70 g Parmigiano Reggiano, grated

Cooking Instructions


1 Make the bread according to package directions, then stir in the cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

2 Serve slices of hot bread with lashings of cheesy butter.
