Method-
For the dressing:
- 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- ½ red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup sherry vinegar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste For serving:
- 350 g Woolworths exotic tomatoes, halved
Method
Ingredients- Blend all the dressing ingredients together, except the salt and pepper.
- Season to taste and pour over the exotic tomatoes.
