Sticky pork ribs with Asian cabbage

Ingredients
Method- 2 kg pork ribs
- Ready-made barbecue sauce
- 1 knob grated ginger
- 2 chopped chillies
- 1/3 cup rice-wine vinegar
- 2 T light brown sugar
- 1/2 cabbage
Method
IngredientsMarinate pork ribs for at least 1 hour in ready-made barbecue sauce then arrange on a baking tray, reserving the marinade.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roast for 30 to 40 minutes, basting frequently with the reserved marinade, until tender and sticky.
Mix a knob grated ginger with chopped chillies, rice-wine vinegar and light brown sugar.
Finely slice cabbage, drizzle over the dressing and serve topped with the sticky ribs.
