Ingredients
Method- 3 T canola oil
- ½ t crushed garlic
- ¼ t crushed chilli
- 1 t crushed ginger
- 500 g Woolworths Crisp-and-Crunchy stir-fry
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 2 t soya sauce
- 200 g Woolworths garlic-and-chilli prawns
- Chinese noodles, for serving
Method
Ingredients1. Gently heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic, chilli and ginger. When fragrant, increase the heat and add the stir-fry.
2. Stir-fry until tender-crisp. Mix the stock with the soya sauce and pour over the vegetables. Heat through, then stir in the prawns. Serve over Chinese noodles.
