Summer rolls
Want to switch things up at lunchtime? Make summer rolls. Simply dip rice paper sheets in water and add Woolworths' crunchy summer salad, tofu and mint before rolling into mini rice paper rolls. No need to bother with making a dipping sauce, just use Woolies' Asian dipping sauce.
Ingredients
Method- 170 g Woolworths crunchy summer leaf salad
- 6 Woolworths Asian rice paper wrappers
- 200 g Tofu, sliced and pan fried
- mint leaves, for serving
Method
Ingredients1. Dip rice paper rolls into a little water to soften them. Once mailable, build your summer rolls, roll them up and serve with an Asian dipping sauce.
