Ingredients
Method- 4 free-range eggs, hard boiled
- 3 T Wellington’s sweet chilli sauce
- 2 T good-quality mayonnaise
- chives, snipped, for serving
Method
Ingredients1. Cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks and place them into a bowl.
2. Add the sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise and mash using a fork.
3. Spoon into the egg whites and sprinkle with chives to serve.
