Butternut baked ziti

1. Combine light rum with fresh, strained ClemenGold juice and fresh, strained lime juice.
2. Add sugar syrup (or stir 2 t caster sugar into the mix). Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass or coupe.
3. Garnish with a thin slice of citrus or a curl of ClemenGold peel. Bombs away! Serves 1
