The lazy rock shandy



Is there anything more refreshing than a rock shandy? We think not and this version is bound to become your crowd-pleasing drink of the summer.
Ingredients
Method
- fresh citrus such as oranges, limes and lemons, sliced
- fresh berries such as raspberries
- edible flowers
- 600 ml soda water
- 600 ml lemonade
- 10 - 12 dashes Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
Method
Ingredients
1. Freeze the berries, citrus and flowers in ice trays with water overnight.
2. Place the ice in a jug, add the soda water, lemonade and bitters. Stir with a swizzle stick or cocktail mixer and serve.
3. Serve your lazy rock shandy with olives, spiced nuts, crisps and bitters-laced sticky wings.
