These sticky chicken wings have a delicious, clever secret – the addition of Angostura® Aromatic Bitters. They're smoky, sweet and packed with flavour and perfect for your next drinks party.


  • 3/4 cup  Woolworths original barbeque marinade 
  • 5 drops Lazy Kettle Hickory Liquid Smoke 
  • 5 drops Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
  • 550 g free-range chicken wings 

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine the wet ingredients and coat the chicken wings. Set aside to marinate for up to 1 hour.
2. Cook the wings in the oven at 220° C or on the braai until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
