Ingredients
Method- 250 g mascarpone
- ½ cup cream
- ½ t vanilla extract
- 1 loaf Madeira cake
- 1 cup strong black coffee
- 3 T Kahlua
- Grated chocolate
- Cocoa powder
Method
IngredientsWhisk together mascarpone, cream and vanilla extract. Cut loaf Madeira cake into bite-sized squares, dip each into strong black coffee and pour over Kahlua.
Arrange the slices to cover the bottom of your serving dish. Spread over the mascarpone mixture and scatter with grated chocolate. Dust with cocoa powder and chill overnight before serving.
