  • 3 x 135 g Woolworths La Rochelle medium-fat cream cheese
  • 100 g Woolworths oak-smoked trout ribbons
  • 4 T chives, finely chopped
  • 4 T Woolworths Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 3 T dill, leaves picked
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

1 Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and mix to soften. Finely chop half the trout and mix into the cream cheese.

2 Spread the cream cheese onto a serving platter and sprinkle over the chives. Arrange the remaining trout on the cream cheese and sprinkle with the bagel seasoning and dill.

3 Serve with your favourite Woolworths crackers, bagels or garlic-and-parsley bruschetta.
