COOK IT: Add the paste to the mince mixture of your bobotie for an authentic flavour.
ADD IT: For a modern spin on Coronation chicken, mix the paste with mayonnaise or sour cream and drizzle over sautéed chicken with fresh celery, crimson raisins, toasted almonds, apricots and coriander.
GRILL IT: Brush the paste over prawns as they grill.
