- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 225 grams onion marmalade
- 6 cubes cheddar cheese
- cheddar cheese, grated (for topping)
Preheat oven to 200 oC. (For Sunbeam Airfryer temperatures, look below.)
Mix together the egg, milk, oil and onion marmalade. Stir in the flour. Spoon into greased 6 muffin pan, insert a cube cheddar cheese into each hole. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes (or till test skewer comes out clean). Let muffins cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Sunbeam Airfryer (14 liter) – low tray – 220 oC – 25 minutes – Let muffins cool in pan for 10 minutes.
