SPANISH TAPAS PLATTER
If you’re after a bit of smoky flavour, this platter is for you! Throw together halved tricolore peppers stuffed with basil, garlic and olives and juicy tomatoes on the vine and roast until everything is starting to catch. Serve with sliced chorizo sarta, Manchego cheese and crusty bread.
HALLOUMI AND SWEET MELON PLATTER
This easy and refreshing starter stars layers of thinly sliced sweet melon and crunchy, panfried halloumi. Garnish with ribbons of spring onion and quartered strawberries.
COPPA AND CREAMED HONEY ANTIPASTI PLATTER
Do platters like the Italians! It couldn't be simpler to assemble: a bunch of sweet grapes with a loaf of crusty ciabatta, a cup of creamed honey, shavings of Parmesan and coppa. Pour yourself a glass of vino and the starter will serve itself.
