Ingredients
Method- 100 g Woolworths rice noodles
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 200 g Woolworths free-range skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- ½ packet Woolworths julienne carrots
- 2 baby red or white cabbages, shreddred
- 90 ml Woolworths chow mein sauce
- spring onion, sliced, to serve
Method
Ingredients1. Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions.
2. Add oil to a large wok or deep pan over medium heat, add onion and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add chicken breasts and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
4. Add carrots and cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute.
5. Add the cooked noodles and Woolworths chow mein sauce and simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste, if desired.
6. To serve, divide the noodles between two bowls and top with sliced spring onion.
