Give your festive drinks a playful twist with homemade decorative ice. Add slices of citrus, fresh edible flowers, thinly sliced apples or berries to your ice trays for a beautiful finishing touch. For an extra burst of flavour, replace the water with brewed and cooled tea. Hibiscus tea creates beautifully vibrant ruby-red ice, while rooibos adds a delicious, subtle flavour as it melts.
