Establish how much you have to spend, how many people you have to buy gifts for and think about what each of them likes. Your sister into bright red lipstick? Get her a lippy in a shade you know she’ll look great in – and something that’ll make her think of you whenever she wears it. Does your dad have a bit of a sweet tooth? You can’t ever go wrong with chocolates – and you don’t have to break the bank to get your hands on some great ones either – or a batch of home-made cookies. Need to impress the prospective father-in-law (the one who is always dressed to the nines)? Try to budget a little extra for him with a stylish tie. It’s all about showing the folks you love that you’ve paid attention.
