Porchetta with pecorino cream sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Mix half the olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic and cumin seeds in a jar and shake well. Season to taste.
2. Arrange the cabbage, onions and apples on a large baking tray. Pour over the dressing, making sure everything is well coated.
3. Rub the chicken with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle over the chicken seasoning.
4. Place the chicken on top of the wedges and bake for 1 hour, or until cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
